Towering defiantly over the city and demonstrating its power, are the second, third and fourth tallest buildings: the Trump International Hotel & Tower, the Aon Centre and the John Hancock Centre respectively. If you are in the mood for something Spanish, visit the Wrigley Building, a beautiful 1920s building, which includes a tower designed after the Giralda of Seville.
But Chicago isn’t just granite, as it is surrounded by water and prides itself in its eclectic fusion. It has also been known as the jazz capital, since jazz artists emigrated from New Orleans to Chicago in 1917, bringing blues and ragtime over to create a new style of jazz, which combined black New Orleans music with that of white jazz enthusiasts who imitated them. Some of the best jazz establishments are Andy’s Jazz Club (11 East Hubbard St.), which also serves food, and Green Mill (4802 North Broadway Ave), which was gangster Al Capone’s old haunt. Chicago is also the birthplace of ‘house music’ and has a large ‘hip hop’ scene. The best place for electronic music is the Smart Bar (3730 North Clark Street), where you can dance the night away with the best DJs until 5am.

The airport has 4 passenger terminals: T1, T2, T3 and T5.
The terminals are connected to one another by a free passenger shuttle service available 24 hours a day. This also runs to the parking areas and bus stops.
Central Metra North station takes passengers to the centre and there is also a blue train line that goes into the downtown area. Bus services nº 250 and 330 connect with the metro stations. There are also minibuses to nearby cities, the centre of Chicago and even to Midway, the other Chicago airport. Taxis can be used individually or shared. Access can also be by bicycle and limousine hire is available.
The airport has a multitude of services, and here are some of them: hotel crossing the terminals, yoga room and relaxation areas, there are also art exhibitions throughout the airport.
